You will lead the Customer Solutions Center, designing quote intake standards and enforcing follow-up protocols to prevent stalled deals. By implementing effective sales enablement programs, you'll accelerate new reps' ramp-up time, improving their productivity and time-to-first-deal. Your creativity and focus will transform asset management into a streamlined system, enhancing our inventory velocity and reducing aged inventory dollars. You will also integrate financial and billing processes to ensure a smooth deal pipeline, minimizing errors and delays.
