Overview
About Wild State At Wild State, we believe life’s too short for bad beverages — and bad work environments. We’re a team of kind, hardworking people who care about what we make and who we make it with. From our ciders and THC beverages to our taproom experience, we focus on creating things people genuinely enjoy. We’re growing, adding complexity, and investing in the people and systems that help everything run smoothly. We’re looking for a Director of Operations to help lead that next phase. The Role This is a roll-up-your-sleeves kind of role. If you’ve managed people, solved messy problems, and taken ownership in a fast-moving environment, you’ll feel at home here. Just as important: you’re kind, easy-going, and steady under pressure.
