Verify loan information on the core system aligns with appropriate e-file loan documents for accuracy Generate and monitor reports, resolve exceptions, and maintain thorough documentation of decisions Accurately interpret and apply applicable government regulations and bank guidelines to all related functions Analyze and review retail loan products according to the corporate compliance checklist and resolve identified exceptions Develop, monitor, and assess test plans and report for daily tasks What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years of mortgage experience preferred Basic computer skills and ability to understand and follow directions Strong written and verbal communication skills Organizational skills and attention to detail How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
