Real Estate Agent – Training, Leads, and Coaching Provided At Chinatti Realty Group, we believe most real estate agents don’t struggle because they lack motivation. They struggle because they aren’t given a clear system, consistent training, and real support. That’s why we built a brokerage designed to help agents close transactions, whether they are newly licensed or experienced and looking to grow. We are so confident in our training and support that if you follow our system and do not get your first accepted offer within 90 days, we will write you a $500 check. This is not a sign on bonus. Responsibilities

Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home

Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers

Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender

Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market

Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction

Qualifications

Must have a valid Real Estate License

Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills

Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car

Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends

Compensation $80,000 - $110,000 at plan earnings
