They struggle because they aren’t given a clear system, consistent training, and real support. That’s why we built a brokerage designed to help agents close transactions, whether they are newly licensed or experienced and looking to grow. We are so confident in our training and support that if you follow our system and do not get your first accepted offer within 90 days, we will write you a $500 check. This is not a sign on bonus. Qualifications A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Technology driven Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth A successful and proven sales history is preferred Great communication and social skills
Compensation Compensation: $80,000-$110,000 per year
