At Chinatti Realty Group, we believe most real estate agents don’t struggle for lack of motivation, but from not having a clear system, consistent training, and real support. We built a brokerage designed to help agents close transactions, whether they are newly licensed or experienced and looking to grow. We are so confident in our training and support that if you follow our system and do not get your first accepted offer within 90 days, we will write you a $500 check. This is not a sign on bonus. Responsibilities
Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller
Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments
Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price
Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
Qualifications
Must have a valid Real Estate License
Possesses a real estate license
Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
Compensation Compensation:
$80,000-$110,000 per year
