Role Summary We are looking for a Martech Business Analyst to work onsite with the client and support delivery of digital and marketing transformation initiatives based on Adobe Experience Cloud, CRM, and E-commerce platforms. The role involves gathering and documenting business and functional requirements, supporting solution design, and working closely with client stakeholders and internal delivery teams to ensure successful implementation aligned with RFP requirements. Responsibilities Work onsite and engage with business, marketing, and IT stakeholders Participate in requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and walkthroughs Understand business objectives, KPIs, and customer experience goals Act as a liaison between client stakeholders and offshore delivery teams

Requirements Gathering & Documentation

Analyze requirements and support mapping to Adobe platform capabilities Elicit and document business and functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and reporting/analytics needs Create supporting artifacts such as process flows, journey maps, and basic data flow diagrams

Adobe Experience Cloud Support

Support functional analysis across Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics/CJA, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and AEP RTCDP Work with architects and SMEs to ensure requirements are feasible and aligned to platform capabilities

Data, CRM & E-commerce Coordination

Assist in defining integration requirements between Adobe platforms, CRM systems, and E-commerce platforms Support definition of customer journeys, funnels, and conversion tracking Capture basic data, consent, and compliance requirements

Delivery & UAT Support

Clarify requirements during development and testing phases Support Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming and sprint reviews Assist with UAT preparation, execution, and defect triage Ensure delivered solutions meet documented requirements

Core Skills Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital or Martech programs Strong experience in requirements elicitation and documentation Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery models Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Adobe & Platform Knowledge

Functional understanding of one or more Adobe Experience Cloud components with exposure to others Exposure to CRM and E-commerce platforms is a plus

Soft Skills

Comfortable working in an onsite, client-facing role Ability to document and communicate requirements clearly Willingness to learn and grow across Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities Collaborative mindset and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on enterprise digital programs or RFP-based engagements Exposure to marketing, personalization, or analytics use cases Adobe-related certifications (nice to have)

Role Expectations

Work closely with client BAs, solution architects, and delivery leads Ensure accurate translation of business needs into functional requirements Support end-to-end delivery from requirement gathering to UAT
