Overview A leading global law firm is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Operations Associate with significant experience in real estate and commercial lease litigation. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, 4–7 years of relevant experience, and demonstrated success managing complex matters. Responsibilities include researching, drafting, and managing litigation files, working with clients across industries, and collaborating with senior attorneys on high-profile transactions and disputes. Candidates must be admitted to the New York Bar and demonstrate excellent research, writing, oral advocacy, and time-management skills. This position provides the opportunity to work within a nationally recognized, rapidly expanding practice group.
Salary & Benefits Expected salary range of $250,000–$380,000 per year, based on experience, location, and internal equity. Full-time employees may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, paid leave, and additional voluntary insurance programs.
