Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving service issues and accurately documenting service requests Educate clients and advisors on systems, procedures, policies, and self-service tools Respond to customer inquiries across multiple systems with accuracy and professionalism Process routine transactions and account service requests via web or paper forms, meeting established service standards Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls while documenting all interactions for tracking and compliance Collaborate with internal partners to resolve complex or escalated issues Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (Associates or Bachelor preferred) 0 9 year of relevant experience (ideal for recent graduates) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exposure to financial services or product-specific environments Interest in long-term growth and potential permanent placement Desire to pursue FINRA licensing as part of career development Apply
