About the Role As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will play a key role in supporting the Sales Department by assisting clients and working closely with sales agents to ensure a smooth, accurate, and positive insurance experience. You’ll help process policies, explain coverage, and maintain detailed client records while serving as a reliable point of contact for client questions and service needs.

This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

A Day in This Role

Assist new and existing clients with general insurance information and service inquiries

Work directly with sales agents to support policy processing and client needs

Process quotes, applications, and policy changes accurately and efficiently

Deliver policies and assist with follow-up and coverage reviews

Provide prompt, friendly, and professional customer service by phone and email

Respond to questions regarding coverage, eligibility, billing, and claims support

Maintain accurate client records and follow agency guidelines and processes

Participate in training and ongoing professional development

License Information

Required to obtain the 4-40 Customer Service Representative license within the first 30 days of employment

After passing the 90-day probationary period, Comfort Insurance and Finances will fully reimburse eligible licensing expenses, including pre-licensing courses, fingerprints, and state exam fees (if applicable)

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of customer service and/or sales experience

Fluent in English and Spanish (required)

Professional, dependable, and customer‑focused

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

Detail‑oriented and comfortable handling a high volume of calls

Able to work independently while collaborating with a team

Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous learning

High school diploma or GED required
