You will be working in our

Austin, TX

location processing orders related to public record filing and retrieval. This role involves working full-time, Monday through Friday. What you will do: Communicate with coworkers, correspondents, jurisdiction employees, and others in a timely, effective, and professional manner Utilize systems to “build” transactions and release various portions of the order to coworkers, correspondents, or state/county offices for processing Access public record websites to file and retrieve publicly recorded documents Review, prepare, and submit filings, paying close attention to rules and regulations Maintain clear records throughout transactions to ensure accurate results and invoicing Who you are: Strong organizational and time management skills:

You are comfortable using Microsoft Software (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and interacting with Adobe PDF documents. Office environment:

You are able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
