Overview
Our client, a global middle-market private equity firm, is seeking a Portfolio Operations Associate to expand its portfolio operations team. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of strategy consulting experience with a strong track record of success. This candidate should also have experience working on projects within the business services, consumer and healthcare sectors across functional topics including, but not limited to, value creation planning, post-merger integration, M&A, supply chain, procurement and commercial due diligence. Responsibilities
Support portfolio operations on value creation planning, post-merger integration, M&A, supply chain, procurement and commercial due diligence across portfolio companies. Qualifications
Two to four years of strategy consulting experience with a strong track record of success.
