
We are partnering with a well-established, multi-location brand to hire a
Local Store Marketing (LSM) Manager
to lead local marketing initiatives and community-driven activations across assigned markets. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, foot traffic, and local sales through strategic partnerships, grassroots marketing, and in-store promotions. The ideal candidate is highly hands-on, deeply connected to the local market, and experienced in executing marketing strategies at the store or regional level. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute local store marketing plans aligned with national and regional marketing strategies. Plan and manage local activations including events, sponsorships, community partnerships, and grassroots initiatives. Collaborate closely with store leadership and operations teams to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives at the store level. Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community stakeholders. Manage local marketing budgets and track ROI for activations and campaigns. Analyze performance metrics such as traffic, sales lift, and campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights. Ensure brand consistency across all local marketing efforts and in-store materials. Support new store openings with localized marketing plans and launch activations. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in local, field, or store-level marketing, preferably within retail, QSR, hospitality, or multi-unit environments. Strong understanding of grassroots marketing, local partnerships, and community engagement. Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and optimizing local marketing performance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Willingness to travel locally within the assigned market as needed. What We’re Looking For
