ABOUT THE POSITION The Sales Coordinator’s primary role is to act as the central hub of information and collaboration for all things sales within the Company, ensuring seamless execution of daily needs and longer-term projects. This individual will be an excellent communicator, self-starter and able to succeed in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
This position is remote requiring occasional trips for team meetings.
ABOUT YOU
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
2+ years of experience in a project management, administrative, or interdepartmental liaison role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal, for building strong relationships across teams.
Strong organizational skills with a knack for prioritizing and juggling multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
ERP (Netsuite preferred), CRM and task management software experience highly desirable.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of CPG sales cycle and key players
Highly organized, with obsessive attention to detail

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the customer onboarding process, ensuring smooth setup and implementation.
Support the sales team by handling orders, inquiries, and presentations. Prepare sales reports as needed.
Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce on brand initiatives and sales campaigns.
Support Sales strategy with retailers, brokers and distributors setup needs.
Oversee commissions & broker contracts.
Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between sales, product development, finance, ops, marketing and other departments.
Gather and analyze valuable customer and sales team feedback on existing and potential products.
Assist with product launch logistics and training materials development for the sales team.
Work with marketing and ecommerce departments to support sales & brand initiatives.
Maintain a highly organized and efficient work environment, utilizing tools like Excel and G-Suite.
PAY & BENEFITS Pay is $28.85 per hour to $31.25 depending upon experience.
