Custom Neon is a global LED Lighting ecommerce business. We pride ourselves on creating & designing affordable, quality LED neon and illuminated signage for all purposes. Our customers can request to have their logo, favorite slogan, icon or phrase turned into LED Neon! For nearly 7 years we have been industry leaders in the LED sign industry. We have a team of 20+ and operate in the USA, UK & AUS. This business is well suited for fast paced & passionate people. We believe in having a fun & flexible work environment & all work hard to light up our customers lives! Custom Neon has an office base in Los Angeles. However, this will be an ongoing & full time position working remotely from home. Role & Responsibilities
As a Sales and Design Specialist you will work through a list of inquiry tickets and use your sales skills to design, quote and sell our industry leading product to prospective customers. You will be sales driven and sell to customers via phone, email and text. You will also use Adobe Illustrator and our in house systems to design and help to quote LED neon signs. The Role & Responsibilities Receive a number of leads daily that have been quoted by our Quotation Specialist team, you will call the customer and help with design or size amendments to sell our customers the neon of their dreams. Generate new designs and quotes for priority B2B customers using our pricing tool & in house systems. Design and sell to existing clientele and account manage repeat customers. Follow up and work 1:1 with customers throughout the design, manufacturing and shipping process. Use internal systems to submit LED Neon orders to manufacturing. Provide a high level of customer service and be hungry for sales. At Custom Neon we price ourselves on our quality product, service and timely responses. Communicate across internal channels, to our manufacturing team and operations team including daily meetings and internal group chats. Qualifications & experience
Experience using AI (preferred) High level of customer service experience (required) Experience managing a busy inbox (preferred) Ability to multitask A high level of attention to detail (required) Ability to manage a fast paced workflow $33,000-$43,000 + Uncapped Monthly Commission Health Insurance options 15 days paid holiday leave Sick leave Use your passion for sales and creative mind - this is more than just a desk job!
