We are looking to add a Complex Marketing Manager to our team at both Hilton Motif Seattle and Embassy Suites Seattle Downtown Pioneer Square.
The salary for this position ranges from $87,000.00 to $96,000.00 annually, based on applicable experience and location.

Responsibilities A Marketing Manager will assist the Director of Sales and Marketing in delivering outstanding service and financial profitability for the hotel.
Develop strategic marketing plans and establish annual marketing budgets with GM, DOSM, and DORM. Plans should be annual, monthly, and by segment of deployment, including cost, deployment strategies (print, digital, and/or social media) through the review of competitive data, demand analysis, and market mix management.
Create, manage and implement media/marketing plans and programs, both short and long term, to increase revenues, awareness, and expansion of property products and/or services. Work with on‑property and regional revenue management to develop offers or leverage off‑the‑shelf offers based on hotel‑level needs.
Manage strategic direction on all marketing‑related areas including, but not limited to: social media, websites, digital & print advertising, email & collateral.
Identify outside agencies and develop agenda strategy and liaison with internal corporate partners related to Brand, Destination, and ECG.
Oversee the strategy, budget, and development of visual assets and arrange photo & video shoots as needed.
Coordinate influencer strategy with public relations team to leverage social media opportunities. Conduct paid marketing surveys on current and new service levels and product concepts.
Work alongside operations to develop curated on‑property experiences and activations.
Collaborate with sales leaders to provide marketing support to all sales‑impacted market segments, including BT (Business Transient) accounts, GDS, B2B Groups, and Luxury.
Manage execution of marketing‑specific assets and content, including website content, third‑party site content, social media content, digital & traditional advertising.
Software/Program Skills/Knowledge
Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook).
Social media websites (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc).
CMS platforms.
Qualifications
College degree in Marketing or Hotel Management preferred.
Experience in a similar marketing position, preferably in the hospitality sector.
Proven ability to create, lead and manage fundamental and complex projects to tight deadlines.
Experience developing, creating and managing marketing campaigns with associated costs and working within budget restraints.
Complete understanding of key functions relating to marketing strategies and initiatives while managing multiple work streams.
Experience implementing effective and realistic marketing plans and strategies, including budget evaluation, management and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with various levels of management.
Outstanding communication skills in all areas of writing, listening and speaking English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, budget management, project and time management.
Able to think analytically, critically and strategically when faced with unique opportunities, challenges, prioritizing and identifying productive solutions.
