Overview The Enterprise Sales Executive – Houston (South/Gulf Coast) is responsible for driving new business and expanding strategic accounts for CoreX, a ServiceNow Elite Partner. This role focuses on cultivating and leveraging relationships within the ServiceNow ecosystem to identify opportunities, close large-scale enterprise deals, and accelerate CoreX’s growth in the Upper Midwest region. The ideal candidate is a high-performing sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding quotas, building strong relationships, and successfully selling complex ServiceNow solutions and services.

This is a remote position; candidates must be based in Houston, Texas, and have experience selling across the South/Gulf Coast territory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue goals within the Houston – South/Gulf Coast territory

Leverage established relationships with ServiceNow sales teams, solution consultants, and ecosystem partners to generate and advance opportunities.

Identify, develop, and close new enterprise accounts, focusing on multi-year, high-value engagements.

Drive account growth by expanding services within existing customer accounts.

Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate CoreX’s value proposition and differentiation.

Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, solutions, marketing) to ensure seamless execution of sales opportunities.

Stay informed on ServiceNow product offerings, ecosystem developments, and industry trends to effectively position CoreX’s services.

Accurately forecast pipeline, report on activity, and maintain CRM records.

Represent CoreX at regional events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed.

Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience

7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years selling ServiceNow solutions.

Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding $3M+ annual quotas in professional services.

Existing relationships within the ServiceNow ecosystem (sales, alliances, and partner teams).

Proven ability to develop, negotiate, and close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.

Experience working with or for ServiceNow Elite or Global Elite partners is a plus.

Deep understanding of ServiceNow solutions and how to position them to meet customer needs.

Exceptional relationship-building, networking, and consultative selling skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including with executive-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, VP).

Ability to work independently, develop territory plans, and manage multiple high-value opportunities simultaneously.

Strong business acumen, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

High level of motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.

Compensation Candidates Meeting All Qualifications (Top-Tier, Highly Connected, Proven Overachiever):

Base Salary : $140,000 – $175,000 per year

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $240,000 – $300,000 per year (base + commission + bonuses)

Consistent history of achieving or exceeding $3M+ annual quotas

Proven track record of 150%+ quota attainment at previous roles

Strong executive network (CIO, CTO, VP-level contacts) across the South/Gulf Coast territory
