Northern Gulf is a renewable fuel logistics and distribution company, focused on aggregating, separating and selling used-cooking oil ("UCO") along the Gulf coast. Our business places collection bins at customer locations to collect UCO and grease from cooking and food production operations. Northern Gulf seeks an Account Manager to help drive the Company’s customer retention plan for its used-cooking oil ("UCO") aggregation business. This position will develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and provide them with products and services that ensure client satisfaction. This position will report directly to the division General Manager and will be involved in sales, BD and marketing initiatives for the Company to maintain customer relationships, both at the individual restaurant level and the regional/national level. This position requires a self-starting and disciplined individual capable of working both independently and alongside the owners on matters related to the business. Job Expectations / Deliverables: Account Management
Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients. Review accounts on a regular basis to evaluate clients\' needs to match with appropriate products and/or services. Develop plans and implement strategies for all assigned accounts. Manage day-to-day client communications and relationships. Oversee our large account management process. Handle sensitive account alert visits and assigned upsell target lists. Develop profitable and sustainable sales growth of all assigned accounts. Identify new business opportunities, initiating communication with decision makers. Regularly review promotional activities to enhance and identify development potential. Ensure clients know how to use the products and services and provide assistance as necessary. Collaborate with the Sales team to enable account handoff to customer service. Additional Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Prior experience and contacts in food service sales and/or operations, food mfg., or facilities management Efficient and effective communicator, bilingual is a plus Travel throughout southeast and central Texas to build a strong relationship with our customer base.
