The team delivers clinical and economic value to surgeons and health care systems worldwide. Key Responsibilities
Independently guide and assist surgeons in the operating room by providing clinical and technical support of orthopedic surgical cases. Advance sales by serving as the sole company representative to provide direct customer support at surgeries, ensuring equipment is available and functioning. Troubleshoot and respond to physician needs, address customer requests, and manage hospital billing, purchase orders, and asset deployment. Share key customer, procedural and marketplace insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic teams to improve solutions and support sales growth. Provide operating room and sterile processing department consultation and maintain product availability and promotional materials. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or an Associate Degree/Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) with at least 2 years of professional experience. Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a healthcare or medical device environment, or transition from active military duty. Ability to travel within the U.S. as required (frequent overnight and/or weekend). Residence in or ability to relocate to the geographic region assigned by the company. Valid U.S. driver’s license and strong interpersonal communication, influencing, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills. Experience with data analysis, product knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures, and the ability to work independently in a complex organization.
