Overview Build & Grow National Accounts Circle Logistics is expanding, and we’re searching for a

sales-focused Senior Account Manager

who can generate new business, close deals, and manage national customer relationships with confidence. If you thrive on prospecting, solving problems, and owning your accounts end-to-end, this role is built for you.

You will cold call, sell, onboard, and manage the accounts you bring on— full-cycle ownership, real impact, and unlimited opportunity for growth.

What You’ll Do

Cold call, hunt, and convert new national accounts

Build and grow your book through strategic outreach and solution selling

Strengthen customer relationships through proactive service & communication

Negotiate customer pricing and carrier rates to protect profitability

Monitor daily shipments and maintain a “No Fail” service mindset

Develop tailored logistics solutions that meet customer requirements

Collaborate with leadership on pricing, service expectations, and onboarding

Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio — start to finish

What You Bring

1–3 years of logistics, brokerage, or transportation sales experience

Proven comfort with

cold calling and outbound business development

Strong negotiation and account management skills

Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals

Tech-savvy with TMS/CRM platforms, Google Workspace, and Excel

Clear and professional communication — verbal & written

Organized, accountable, and customer-focused
