Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB)
is looking for a
Coordinator, Events & Marketing
to support our industry-leading conferences, summits, and virtual events. This role sits at the heart of our Events team, helping shape the experiences that bring together the most influential voices in digital media, marketing, and technology. From ALM and NewFronts to webinars and multi-day summits, you’ll help power the moments that move the industry forward. What You’ll Do
Event Programming & Speaker Experience
Coordinate end-to-end speaker onboarding, including scheduling, asset collection, and prep communications Manage agenda updates across run-of-show documents, event websites, and mobile apps Support onsite execution including speaker management, session flow, and production coordination Serve as a trusted point of contact for speakers, sponsors, and members throughout the event lifecycle Ensure speaker and sponsor assets (bios, headshots, logos, session info) are accurate and delivered on time Event Marketing & Attendee Engagement
Support integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, registration, and engagement Maintain event websites (WordPress), ensuring content is accurate, polished, and on-brand Build and manage mobile event apps with speaker, sponsor, and programming content Support pre- and post-event reporting and data analysis Assist with attendee communications and customer support for conferences and events Operations & Data Support
Partner with internal teams to manage event data in Salesforce and other systems Support post-event analytics and reporting Assist with internal event logistics in IAB’s event space as needed Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree and
3+ years of experience
in events, marketing, or related fields Experience supporting conferences, corporate events, or webinars Familiarity with: Zoom and webinar platforms Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint especially) WordPress or CMS tools Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Willingness to travel and support events on evenings or weekends as needed Why You’ll Love Working at IAB
