Regional Director of Business Development

A huge opportunity for a U.S. commercial leader in digital pathology or diagnostics to own and scale regional revenue for an established, growth-stage business. The role carries full responsibility for the west of the Rockies, commercial strategy and execution, leading the transition from traditional pathology services to a technology-enabled, AI-augmented digital platform. This is a hands-on role: An Individual Contributor position where you'll build your own weekly plan, run your own schedule, and take real satisfaction from turning first conversations into recurring revenue. The ideal profile brings deep understanding of U.S. pathology workflows, TC/PC, reimbursement economics, and a track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
