If you’re an AE who’s bored with lifeless products, dead outbound lists, and “just hit the number” cultures, then this is the opposite.
We’re establishing ourselves in the AI and enterprise integration sector with significant momentum and a pipeline that’s already demonstrating success. Think inbound-driven demand, genuine clients, and a team dedicated to delivering results, learning quickly, and succeeding.
Why is this role different?
Inbound-first GTM : You’re not here to burn your contacts list. You’ll run a high-volume inbound motion and learn how to close with signal, not hope.
You’ll be coached daily : You’ll work directly with the GTM lead and be moulded into a killer closer in a fast-moving market.
Real upside : The person who owns this seat can make serious money next year (with accelerators) if you can handle the pace.
What you’ll do
Own a busy inbound pipeline (think ~30 deals live at once) and progress deals end-to-end.
Run discovery, shape the use case, manage stakeholders, and close a fast-moving deal.s
Sit on strategic calls, learn the motion, and help turn “working” into a repeatable playbook.
Bring structure to chaos — without needing a perfect process handed to you
Build lightweight systems for deal tracking, follow-ups, and momentum

$150 - 180k base salary, plus 15% on all deals; when hitting the target ($700k), then 25% accelerators.
