Responsibilities
Lead strategic planning and execution for key accounts, driving revenue and market share targets
Build and develop high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of performance management and recognition
Collaborate with channel partners on marketing programs, promotions, and pricing strategies
Conduct growth forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting to optimize business plans
Cultivate relationships with senior decision-makers in strategic accounts to drive sustainable growth
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of commercial experience in structured cabling, connectivity, fiber, or related infrastructure solutions
At least 8 years in a sales leadership role with a proven track record of building high-performing teams
Experience leading nationwide or multi-region sales organizations, demonstrating measurable growth and profitability
Strong executive presence and business judgment, with the ability to navigate competitive sales environments

Experience in a complex enterprise sales environment
Proven ability to drive profitable growth in a partner-driven ecosystem
Familiarity with financial performance indicators and metrics
