This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a well-known mixed-use development in Nashville. Key Responsibilities: Lead financial reporting across multiple properties and business units Build advanced financial models, including discounted cash flow, IRR analyses and pro forma modeling Review and interpret financial statements Conduct in-depth market research and analysis across various variables Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for both new and existing projects Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership Perform acquisition analysis and support investment decisions Qualifications: 10+ years of relevant experience Strong background in commercial real estate is required Solid foundation in accounting or external audit is highly preferred
