PracticeTek is a collection of innovative software companies working together to make healthcare easier, and more accessible, for everyone. We deliver robust software solutions that support practitioners, and foster exceptional patient experiences, contributing to the growth of healthcare clinics specializing in chiropractic, dental, orthodontics, optometry, and multi‑discipline therapy.
The Product Management Department Product defines overall product strategy and the roadmap—which consists of product initiatives and customer experiences that will deliver the greatest impact per dollar invested. We work with business leaders, engineering, marketing and other partners throughout PracticeTek to define and successfully execute product plans. We ensure high product‑market efficiency—getting every bit of market credit for our team’s excellent work. Our team is powered by creative, curious, and inventive people who have a passion for delivering engaging practice and patient experiences.
The Career Opportunity We're looking for a Senior Product Owner to play a critical role in the day‑to‑day execution of our product development process. In this position, you'll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including engineering, design, and go‑to‑market stakeholders—to translate business and user needs into actionable product work. This role calls for a strong, proactive product owner capable of autonomously driving multiple projects in parallel. This position is ideal for someone who excels in agile execution, backlog management, and delivering features that make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities
Partner closely with product leaders, engineering, design, QA, and other internal teams to deliver solutions that meet defined requirements, timelines, and KPIs.
Lead and facilitate product development execution by creating all the necessary Agile artifacts and being actively involved in all Agile ceremonies. Work closely and collaboratively with engineering to turn it all into reality.
Adaptively execute: lead the team to fluidly pivot when needed.
Prioritize the product backlog, making data‑driven decisions to maximize value.
Break down complex features into user stories with clear acceptance criteria and collaborate with the development team to ensure successful implementation.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, including 3+ years in a senior or lead Product Owner role.
Proven experience owning and delivering complex, customer‑facing SaaS products, preferably within healthcare, wellness, or other regulated industries.
Demonstrated expertise translating business strategy and customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
Strong command of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), including backlog management, story writing, acceptance criteria, and sprint execution.
Track record of success partnering closely with engineering, design, and QA teams in an iterative delivery model.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining clarity, prioritization, and focus on outcomes.
Hands‑on experience with modern product tools, such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms.
Strong facilitation skills for backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder reviews.
Compensation & Benefits We also believe in taking care of our people. Our comprehensive benefits package goes beyond the basics—with health coverage, flexible time off, wellness initiatives, retirement savings, and programs that support your growth and happiness both in and out of the workplace. Compensation for this position is estimated at $135,000 – $150,000.
