Base pay range $65,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

The Senior Recruitment Consultant will play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships within the Business Services industry in Chicago. This position requires a motivated individual with a focus on business development, client management, and achieving recruitment targets.

Description

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.

Identify and engage top talent through various sourcing strategies.

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.

Provide market insights and strategic advice to clients to support their hiring decisions.

Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals and targets.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database.

Stay informed about trends and developments in the business services industry.

Ensure a high standard of service delivery, aligning with company values and client expectations.

Profile

A strong understanding of the recruitment process within the business services industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and placement targets.

Problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.

A results‑driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

At least 2 years of full‑desk recruitment or sales experience.
