Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and closing placements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to team growth.
Achieve and exceed individual and team targets through proactive engagement.
Stay informed on market trends and industry developments.
Profile
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or business development is a plus.
Self‑motivated with a passion for building relationships and achieving results.
