Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated
Senior Associate or Vice President
to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing investments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a proven track record in deal execution, and the ability to build relationships with management teams and intermediaries.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support deal sourcing, due diligence, and financial modeling.
Prepare and present investment memoranda to the investment committee.
Negotiate transaction terms and assist in structuring deals.
Work closely with portfolio companies to drive operational improvements and strategic growth initiatives.
Develop and maintain relationships with intermediaries, lenders, and industry professionals.
Qualifications
3-7 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting.
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.
