We are partnering with a Dallas-headquartered middle-market private equity firm to hire a
Senior Associate
to join their investment team. The firm is a generalist investor focused on control investments in entrepreneur, and family-owned businesses, including management buyouts and platform acquisitions.
This is an on-site role based in
Dallas, TX , and relocation is required.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and execute control-oriented private equity investments across a broad range of industries
Lead financial modeling, valuation, and investment committee materials
Support all aspects of the deal process including sourcing, diligence, structuring, and execution
Work closely with management teams and advisors throughout transactions
Assist with portfolio company monitoring and value creation initiatives post-investment
Ideal Candidate Profile
4-5 years of total experience , ideally with a traditional
2+2 background
1-3 years of sell-side
M&A investment banking
experience
2+ years of
private equity investing
experience
Strong experience with
control buyouts
and full-cycle deal execution
Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills
Comfortable working in a lean, hands-on investment environment
Willing and able to
relocate to Dallas, TX
Additional Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
without sponsorship
