We are seeking a strategic and results-driven
Director of Finance
to lead our accounting and finance team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This individual will oversee all financial operations, including reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, balance sheet and cash flow management, depreciation, and tax compliance. The Director of Finance will also lead ERP processes for the finance team, maintain strong banking and financing relationships, and serve as the primary liaison with external financial auditors. The ideal candidate has exceptional leadership skills, deep financial expertise, and a proven ability to drive accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. Work Location and Format

Lead and develop the accounting and finance team which consists of 2 team members. Oversee all financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, balance sheet, cash flow, depreciation schedules, and tax filings. Maintain and optimize ERP systems for finance and accounting processes. Prepare and present financial reports to the President and Board of Directors, providing strategic insights and recommendations. Serve as the primary liaison with external auditing firms and ensure timely completion of audits. Manage banking and financing relationships, including compliance with reporting requirements and covenant monitoring. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets. Support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Monitor key financial metrics and drive initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. Other duties as assigned by the CEO. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting. Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards. Proven experience managing ERP systems for financial reporting within a Manufacturing environment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership and boards. Preferred Qualifications
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or MBA. Experience working in a Lean manufacturing environment. Experience working in food or beverage manufacturing. Physical Requirements
Ability to work in an office environment for extended periods. Ability to travel occasionally for meetings.
