We are seeking a strategic and results-driven

Director of Finance

to lead our client's accounting and finance team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This individual will oversee all financial operations, including reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, balance sheet and cash flow management, depreciation, and tax compliance. The Director of Finance will also lead ERP processes for the finance team, maintain strong banking and financing relationships, and serve as the primary liaison with external financial auditors. The ideal candidate has exceptional leadership skills, deep financial expertise, and a proven ability to drive accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. Responsibilities

Lead and develop the accounting and finance team which consists of 3 team members. Oversee all financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, balance sheet, cash flow, depreciation schedules, and tax filings. Maintain and optimize ERP systems for finance and accounting processes. Develop forward-looking financials to provide insights into operations of the next quarter, next year and next 3 years. Prepare and present financial reports to the President and CEO, providing strategic insights and recommendations. Lead CAPEX plan approval and ROI process based on business needs and ROI. Lead profitability analyses to identify potential opportunities for improvement. Work closely with the President and department heads to ensure cost effective and efficient operations. Optimize cash management and conduct regular analysis of cash flow. Maintain 13-week cash flow models to a high degree of accuracy. Serve as the primary liaison with external auditing firms and ensure timely completion of audits. Manage banking and financing relationships, including compliance with reporting requirements and covenant monitoring. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets. Support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Monitor key financial metrics and drive initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. Other duties as assigned by the company Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting. Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards. Proven experience managing ERP systems for financial reporting within a Manufacturing environment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership and boards. Preferred Qualifications

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or MBA. Experience working with fast growing businesses. Experience working in manufacturing environment.
