at a respected Massachusetts hospital. This position is ideal for a results-driven, clinically skilled nurse leader with a proven background in psychiatric services and a passion for advancing behavioral health care standards. Key Responsibilities
Provide operational and clinical leadership for psychiatric nursing units Collaborate with senior leadership to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care initiatives Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation requirements Promote staff development, engagement, and clinical excellence Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and resource allocation effectively Serve as a role model and advocate for professional nursing practice Qualifications
Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Massachusetts (or eligibility) Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Masters in Nursing or related healthcare field preferred Minimum of
3 years of psychiatric nursing experience
in an acute hospital setting (required) At least
2 years of progressive leadership experience
as a Manager or Director in a hospital environment Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
