About The Role This hybrid position requires on‑site presence 2‑3 days per week in our NYC, SF, or SLC hubs. Candidates outside these locations may be eligible for relocation assistance. As a dynamic SDR Manager, you will own performance, development, and success of a team of SDRs focused on acquiring and expanding relationships with partners and customers.

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–8 SDRs to achieve and exceed pipeline generation goals

Monitor individual and team performance metrics, provide structured feedback, and manage performance plans as needed

Implement scalable outreach strategies and prospecting best practices across phone, email, and social channels

Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to optimize lead flow, segmentation, and messaging for key personas

Ensure fast, consistent follow‑up on inbound leads and alignment with AE handoff processes

Conduct regular call reviews, pipeline reviews, and skill‑based training to support SDR growth

Collaborate cross‑functionally to support territory planning, campaign execution, and other strategic revenue initiatives

Manage team scheduling, capacity planning, and hiring needs as the organization grows

Handle ad‑hoc projects and initiatives for the sales organization

Key Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience, including experience leading or mentoring SDRs or inside sales teams

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation or quota targets, both individually and as a leader

Strong ability to coach SDRs on effective outreach, messaging, and qualification techniques

Demonstrated capability to build relationships with middle management and senior stakeholders

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to be flexible, adaptive, and thrive in a fast‑growing, evolving environment

Skilled in CRM usage and pipeline reporting; familiarity with sales engagement tools is a plus

Able to work both independently and collaboratively across teams

The compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks. This is a commission‑earning role. The OTE (On Target Earnings) for this role are $194,000‑244,000.
