Handle complex commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing Advise clients on mortgage and mezzanine debt financing matters Participate in joint-venture equity structures and negotiations Manage acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate assets Contribute to real estate development projects and related transactional work Qualifications
Experience in real estate transactions or related transactional practice Strong analytical, drafting, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Juris Doctor (JD) degree required Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction Culture & Firm Appeal
