As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our fundraising efforts, representing nonprofit partners and connecting with the community. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive on direct sales, persuasion, and people engagement, combined with marketing strategy and team collaboration.
Your day-to-day will include:
Participating in focused one-on-one and team training sessions to review performance metrics, campaign goals, and upcoming events
Using face-to-face marketing and persuasive communication to inspire individuals to become long-term donors
Tracking outreach performance and refining messaging to maximize donor conversion
Collaborating with leadership to improve event marketing and sales strategies
Maintaining a professional, high-energy brand presence at all times
