We are retained to recruit a
Commercial Head
to lead the
U.S. expansion of a well-established Mexican company
in the
plastic and biodegradable disposables industry
— a business with
strong brand equity, proven scale, and deep operational expertise . This is a
high-impact leadership role
to
build and grow the U.S. market with real backing , leveraging
existing infrastructure, validated products, and mature commercial capabilities . Overview

U.S. market expansion a top strategic priority for 2026 . You will have: Direct access to
executive leadership and decision-making Influence over
go-to-market strategy, pricing, and commercial structure The opportunity to
shape how the brand enters and scales in the U.S. A leadership seat in a
growth-focused, performance-driven organization Lead
U.S. market entry and revenue growth
for disposables Build and manage a
lean, performance-focused sales team
(2–3 reps initially) Drive
B2B sales across cafeterias, restaurants, boutique hotels, and SMB foodservice Own
pricing, negotiation, margin discipline, and commercial execution Develop pipeline strategy, forecasting, and scalable sales processes Use
Excel-based dashboards and analytics
to track KPIs, pipeline, and performance Maintain strong
execution cadence through structured follow-ups and accountability 5+ years of experience
in disposables, packaging, foodservice, or B2B CPG Demonstrated success
launching or scaling new regional markets Strong command of
pricing strategy, margin management, and volume-driven sales Experience leading and coaching
small commercial teams Proven record of
$100K+ in monthly sales performance
(personal or team-led) Business-minded, disciplined, accountable, and execution-focused Strategic Advantage: Hispanic & Cross-Border Market Access The company is a
trusted and well-recognized brand in Mexico , with strong penetration in foodservice and hospitality. Preferred -but not required- qualifications include: Experience selling to
Hispanic-owned restaurants, hospitality groups, or regional chains Ability to leverage
cross-border brand credibility
