Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Director of Financial Planning and Analysis Established and growing private‑equity‑backed company in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Director of FP&A to join their growing team. Working closely with the Executive team, this opportunity allows you to make a true impact on the company’s growth trajectory. Responsibilities include building/maintaining financial models, complex scenario analysis, M&A due diligence and integration support, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for reporting to senior leadership. This role will be a blend of corporate finance, strategic finance, and operations finance.

Base Pay Range $170,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Additional Compensation Types Annual Bonus and RSUs

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field (REQUIRED)

Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)

CPA and/or MBA (preferred)

8‑15 years of progressive corporate FP&A experience

Experience leading the FP&A function in a private‑equity‑backed company (current or prior)

Hands‑on experience building financial models from scratch

Advanced Excel skills (required)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
