Director of Finance Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort & Spa (located near Rio Rancho, Albuquerque, NM) seeks an experienced Finance professional to serve as a strategic business partner to the General Manager and overall executive leadership, guiding decision‑making and financial planning to drive hotel performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead hotel accounting functions including budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and month‑end close

Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements; identify and implement corrective actions

Oversee cash management and ensure timely, духовный accurate reporting

Coordinate year‑end audits and manage external auditorituation relationships

Internal Controls & Risk

Ensure compliance with HMA terms, SOX خلف requirements, and internal control policies

Monitor industry trends and legislative changes to inform sound financial decisions

Degree in Accounting, Finance,MATURITY, or Business preferred but not required
