About the Role:
We are seeking a Business Development Specialist with 3+ years of legal BD experience to join a dynamic team supporting strategic growth initiatives for a leading law firm. This role focuses on driving client development, supporting practice group marketing efforts, and collaborating with attorneys to execute business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with attorneys and practice leaders to develop and implement business development plans.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for client engagement.
Prepare proposals, pitches, and RFP responses tailored to client needs.
Manage content for marketing collateral, client alerts, and thought leadership pieces.
Track and report on business development activities and ROI metrics.
Support firm-wide initiatives, events, and sponsorships to enhance visibility and client relationships.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of business development experience in a law firm environment.
Strong understanding of legal industry trends and client service best practices.
Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Work Model:
