Lead brand strategy and governance, ensuring alignment with corporate reputation and business objectives
Oversee the development and consistent application of brand assets and guidelines across all channels
Conduct audits of brand use and manage brand asset compliance
Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership on brand implications of major initiatives and announcements
Lead brand-related training and education across the organization to enhance brand literacy
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years of experience in brand management, corporate communications, or marketing, or a Master’s Degree and 10+ years of experience
Proven track record in leading brand strategy and governance at scale
Strong project management skills and ability to work in complex, matrixed organizations
Excellent collaboration, influence, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with design systems, digital platforms, and emerging media
Preferred Qualifications
Background in public affairs, corporate communications, reputation management, consulting, PR agencies, or government relations
Experience in a global or highly matrixed corporate environment
Knowledge of regulatory, political, or social responsibility landscapes impacting business and reputation
