Job Overview As a Field Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase your organization and time‑management skills, establish retailer relationships, and be the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory, and support seasonal resets and installations as needed.
Salary and Schedule Details
Your starting hourly pay rate will be $12.50 to $14.50 depending on your skills and experience.
Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
This is a Part‑Time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
Average weekly hours are between 8 – 10 hours.
Availability during major holidays, which may include weekends, is required.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Day‑to‑day engagement: Use a mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark inventory; communicate with your supervisor; and provide feedback.
Holiday support: Provide additional support around holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. You may be required to work on the holiday itself or weekends.
Department resets: Assist with installations, relocate card departments, and reset sections; notified two weeks in advance.
Team support: Support other merchandisers in the field organization as needed.
Physical Requirements This role requires lifting up to 30 pounds routinely and up to 50 pounds occasionally, kneeling, squatting, walking, and standing throughout the day. You may need to climb stairs and step ladders.
Basic Qualifications
At least 18 years of age.
English reading, writing, and understanding skills.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally.
Ability to operate a handheld digital device.
Wi‑Fi and internet access.
Consistent transportation to assigned stores.
