Hallmark Field Merchandiser (Part‑Time) – Oshkosh, WI 54902
Join Hallmark’s dynamic field merchandiser team in Oshkosh. You will work independently to showcase your organizational and time‑management skills, establish strong retail‑store relationships, and be the face of Hallmark in a variety of local store teams.
Salary & Schedule
Hourly pay: $12.25–$14.25 depending on skills and experience.
Eligible for annual pay increases.
Part‑time position with a variable schedule.
Average weekly hours: 5–7.
Availability during the week before and after major holidays, including weekends.
Responsibilities
Day‑to‑day engagement: Use Hallmark’s mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor inventory inside and outside the Hallmark department; communicate with supervisors, report time, provide feedback, and complete required surveys.
Holiday support: During peak seasonal demand, work additional days and extended hours leading up to and after holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. You may also be called in on the holidays themselves.
Department resets: Assist teams with installations, fixture build‑ups, relocation of card departments, and reset of card sections. Receive requests up to two weeks in advance and be prepared for evenings or weekends.
Team collaboration: Support other field merchandisers in their territory when needed.
Physical Requirements Work on the selling floor and back stockrooms, consistently pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds (up to 50 pounds on occasion). Regular kneeling, squatting, walking, and standing are required; climbing stairs and ladders may also be necessary.
Qualifications
At least 18 years old.
Proficient reading, writing, and speaking in English.
Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
Comfortable operating a digital handheld device for reading documents and interpreting information.
Reliable Wi‑Fi and internet access.
Consistent transportation to travel between assigned stores.
