Job Overview As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and serve as the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations.

Salary and Schedule Details

Your starting hourly pay rate will be

$15.00–$17.00

depending on your skills and experience.

Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.

This is a part‑time position with a variable schedule during the work week.

Average weekly hours are 8–12

hours per week .

Availability the week before and after major holidays, including weekends, is

required .

Your Role and Responsibilities

Day‑to‑day engagement:

Using a mobile device provided by Hallmark, you will restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory inside and outside the Hallmark department. You will communicate with your supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and complete required surveys. Professional, courteous interaction with store employees, management, and customers is vital.

Holiday support:

Leading up to and following holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, you can expect additional days and extended hours. You may be required to work on the holiday itself, including weekends.

Department resets:

You may be part of a team responsible for installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments, and resetting card sections. You will be notified two weeks in advance for remodel assignments, which may include evenings or weekends.

One Team Vision:

As part of Hallmark’s field organization, you are part of a network of merchandisers who often support other team members as needed in their territories.

Physical Requirements Push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout the workday. Climb stairs and step ladders.

Basic Qualifications

Aged 18 years or older.

Read, write, and understand English.

Grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.

Operate a digital hand‑held device.

Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.

Consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
