We are seeking a senior aviation leader to drive growth and profitability in
aircraft and engine parts-out operations . This executive role leads business development, oversees P&L performance, and manages a high-performing team while partnering closely with executive leadership. Key Responsibilities
Lead and expand aircraft and engine parts-out business and related sales activities. Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives based on aviation market trends. Build and manage key client and partner relationships. Own departmental budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance. Improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of aviation professionals. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 8–10+ years of aviation industry experience , including parts-out operations. Proven track record in business development, sales leadership, and P&L management. Strong industry network and negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills in English. Preferred
