
We are seeking a senior aviation leader to drive growth and profitability in aircraft and engine parts-out operations . This executive role leads business development, oversees P&L performance, and manages a high-performing team while partnering closely with executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and expand aircraft and engine parts-out business and related sales activities.
- Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives based on aviation market trends.
- Build and manage key client and partner relationships.
- Own departmental budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of aviation professionals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8–10+ years of aviation industry experience , including parts-out operations.
- Proven track record in business development, sales leadership, and P&L management.
- Strong industry network and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
