We are seeking a senior aviation leader to drive growth and profitability in aircraft and engine parts-out operations . This executive role leads business development, oversees P&L performance, and manages a high-performing team while partnering closely with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand aircraft and engine parts-out business and related sales activities.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives based on aviation market trends.
  • Build and manage key client and partner relationships.
  • Own departmental budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
  • Improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of aviation professionals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8–10+ years of aviation industry experience , including parts-out operations.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales leadership, and P&L management.
  • Strong industry network and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred

  • Experience working with international or global aviation markets.
