Responsibilities
Lead the entire marketing function, focusing on growth, acquisition, lifecycle, and brand.
Build and mentor a small, high-performance marketing team.
Own marketing strategy, funnel optimization, and performance analytics.
Launch data-driven campaigns across paid, social, search, partnerships, and content.
Oversee lifecycle/CRM programs to improve retention and customer engagement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership.
Manage budget forecasting, reporting, and marketing operations.
Develop messaging, content, and thought leadership for the brand.
Qualifications
Strong
5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within SaaS, e-commerce, or tech.
Proven track record of growing early-stage startups or emerging brands.
Strong performance marketing skills and fluency in analytics.
Experience with lifecycle/CRM and customer retention programs.
Highly collaborative, hands-on, and comfortable in an unstructured environment.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
Data-driven operator with a test-iterate mindset.
Preferred background
Experience in the Shopify ecosystem or e-commerce marketing tools.
Experience building a marketing function from scratch.
Familiarity with attribution modeling and funnel analytics.
