The Role We're looking for a hungry Account Executive to own the full outbound sales cycle and drive enterprise growth. You'll be running 2025 demos weekly, multi-threading complex deals, and closing enterprise contracts in the $100K$250K range.
This isn't your typical AE roleyou'll work directly with founders and the early team, helping shape our go-to-market strategy as we scale. If you thrive in high-velocity environments and want to make a real impact at a fast-growing startup, this is your shot.
What You'll Do
Own the complete outbound sales process from prospecting to close
Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Close deals ranging from $100K-$250K annually
Collaborate directly with founders on GTM strategy
Help build and refine our sales playbook
What We're Looking For
3+ years
of quota-carrying B2B SaaS/enterprise sales experience
Proven track record
of meeting/exceeding quota in outbound-driven environments
Strong communication skills
- you can demo like a pro and articulate value clearly
Early-stage startup experience
OR relevant industry background
SF-based
and ready to work in-person with the team
Competitive, resilient, and collaborative mindset
Bonus points for insurance industry experience or consulting background, but top-performing AEs from high-growth startups are exactly what we need.
