Order Entry Clerk
to join our electrical warehouse team in Houston. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This person enjoys working in a collaborative team setting, provides excellent customer service, and ensures all orders are accurately processed and fulfilled. Schedule:
MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Location:
Houston, TX (onsite, not remote) Duties and Responsibilities
Accurately enter customer orders into the system, including product codes, quantities, and pricing Verify order details with customers and internal teams to ensure accuracy Coordinate with warehouse staff to confirm product availability and shipment schedules Follow up on pending orders, backorders, and special requests Resolve discrepancies in orders, invoices, or returns Assist with basic reporting and recordkeeping for inventory and sales Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to maintain excellent service standards Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree a plus Previous experience in order entry, customer service, or warehouse operations, preferably in electrical or industrial supply Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/order entry systems preferred At DIHO Consulting USA, we believe in powering businesses with people and providing long-term career growth opportunities.
