Robert Half's client in Grafton MA is looking for an experienced customer service representative to help their team out with a short-term engagement! Responsibilities include: Customer service Answering/transferring calls Order/quote entry Track status of orders Ability to multitask Resolve customer issues Ensure accuracy Manufacturing experience is a plus! Start date: Monday, February 2nd. End date: ~2-3 months. Hours: M-F | 8am-5pm. Work type: On-site. Pay rate: $18-$21 (dependent on experience).
